How can I improve the performance of 3B?
Answer
If you leave a city running for a while, all the display windows should download so you won't have any fuzzy windows.

In the Menu click on Options and then Preferences. In the box that appears, select the Performance tab at the top. Under 'Display window downloading' move the slider one notch to the left.

Within the 3B browser, the Help menu provides a visual guide to changing Preferences.
